Porous plug brick is a functional refractory material, which is mainly used for gas mixing in black and non-ferrous metal smelting process. Its function is to accelerate chemical and physical reactions in smelting process and reduce energy consumption by gas mixing.
The porous plug brick can be divided into ladle porous brick, converter porous brick, electric furnace porous brick and rotary anode porous brick according to different carriers.
According to different combinations, the plug can be divided into split plug and integral plug.
Porous brick can be divided into impermeable type porous brick and slit type porous brick according to the different steelmaking process
